Can anyone tell me how to spend my rewards? I'm trying to buy the glass piggy, but there is no tick box to select the item

Just to say, i have just found the flora clickthough. It took me atleast 10 refreshes before it came up but i'm sure it doesnt work like that for every one!

Make's you wonder what else is hiding....i'll keep it refreshing!

In order to buy something you need more points in your piggybank before it allows you. HTH

Kimberley, How long have you been a member of pigsback? You have to be a member for 10 days before you can order stuff. HTH

You have to be a member for more than 10 days in order to get a reward... But if you are....

on the right hand side.. change the quantity to 1 (or however many you want) then go to the bottom of the page and press 'select items'...

then on the next page press 'my selections'.. and it should show what you want to order.. you then press 'order selected items'

You need to be a member for a certain number of days before you can spend your points. It will say something on the rewards page about how many days you have left before you can order rewards.

When that time has elapsed, and provided you have enough points in your piggy bank to purchase that item, you just click on the arrow buttons next to the item until it says 1, 2 or however many you want to order. Then you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'select rewards' button. THEN you go back to the top of the rewards section and click 'my selections' and you can take it from there.

BTW, I think the 'glass' piggybank is actually plastic.

I didn't add.. that it might not be showing as you might not have enough points.. will only give an option to select items you have enough points for..

think we got there between us..

I have 700 points and have been a member for 4 weeks, but i still can't see any quantity boxes or red arrows Where it says quantity, all the spaces are blank

I've refreshed about 10 million times now (give or take!) & still haven't come up with the CT. :sad:
