Has anyone had their Amazon Credit card loyalty points yet?

I phoned both Halifax ( who Amazon were affiliated with) and Amazon, who both said the other were responsible for sending my loyalty point cheque when the partnership ended, but I still haven't received it despite ringing again, and I think it was Halifax who said it would come soon, but they lied to get rid of me as still nothing.
Would be keen to hear other peoples' experiences.

I received an email with an Amazon voucher code for the full value of my loyalty points back in mid-June shortly after the May statement arrived. They don't send it by cheque.

A letter was sent out in May saying that the code would be sent to the same email address you used on the Halifax Credit Card Online Servicing website. It doesn't get sent to your Amazon email address.

I had my Amazon voucher before the end of June (sorry can't remember exactly when) via email.

Once before when my £15 gift certificate didn't appear, I emailed Amazon and they confirmed it had been sent to me before, but just gave me the code again as they could obviously see it hadn't been used. Think there's an email somewhere in the Gift Certificate help section, so try that.

Indeed, I got mine ages ago

Not liking the new Halifax card though, doesn't seem to be any bonuses associated with it, and might dump it for another. Any other experiences?

Yes, I am going to get rid of Halifax card as soon as can get deal with NatWest

Yeah, I wrote to cancel the card as soon as the new Halifax one came through! I have the Play.com one now :j

As soon as I got my points voucher (got it months ago) I rang to see if I could change my card to the cashback card but they said no... cashback is online only so I cancelled and applied for the cashback card.
1% cashback on petrol and supermarket spends so I use that now and it seems ok :~)
