I've also got the Babyliss ones - I've only had them a few weeks but I'm quite impressed.
I don't think they are a false economy at all - they have a five year warranty.
I've also got some Remingtons which I am more than happy with (I use one pair at home and one at work, since I am a cyclist and my hair is horrendous when I get in!)0 -
