Turbo lister question

Just trying out turbo lister for the first time ( after having used Auctiva and still struggling with Auctionsplash ) stuck at estimating cost for listing point as I have apparently an error in my post code - but cant find out how to edit this

My colleague got this error because he had set up his ebay account as US.
He still hasn't got it sorted!My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
