Sending eBay item to different address

They might be using a paypal account that they got the password somehow, and don't want to raise suspicion (changing address) or pay early in case the payment is revesed before you dispatch the item. I would not send unless they changed the paypal address.0

don't send it to the other address, it's way too suspicious. they need the item urgently, and yet haven't paid yet?? i doubt they're new to ebay, they probably know exactly what they are doing, will convince you to send to the wrong address (which it seems you've agreed to) and get their item, then hit you with a INR through paypal. You won't be able to prove to paypal u sent to the correct address, so will lose your item and have to refund them.0

If it's urgent, tell them to take the cash to a branch of your bank, and you will send upon receipt in your account
