Please ensure that you take your own meter readings on March Out. It has just come to our attention that the meter reading for electricity given to my husband was bumped up by over 900 units.
I wasn't there at the time and I told my husband to double check the meter readings but, of course, he didn't.
We have been lucky that Southern Electric didn't take our word for the readings and actually took their own meter reading and will be refunding us nearly 115 pounds.

when ever I have done a march out dhe have always got me to check along side them when doing the last read!!
