Payment reversal - the long wait

Woke up this morning and saw that I had a payment reversal. It was on a pair of tickets I sold on eBay. The buyer was brand new (zero feedback), but had a confirmed Paypal address. I sent via Special Delivery. Have a tracking number.
I got an e-mail from the buyer apologising for the trouble. She said that she's sorted it out with her bank and that I shouldn't have any problem getting the money. I've also spoken to Paypal customer service, who assured me that it should be ok.
I'm not terribly worried. Yet. If the buyer doesn't get it sorted, I have time to go to the venue with my credit card, cancel her tickets and get them reprinted.
In the meantime, I have a negative balance of almost £160. That means that I can't use the account. It's very annoying. I was planning to buy a new lens for my camera and pay with Paypal.
How long does it normally take to get a case reviewed?
And what exactly is a bank reversal? Is it that the buyer didn't have the funds in her account?

Have you put your tracking details into paypal? If not do that straight away and keep on at paypal to remind them that you are covered under seller protection and that the money needs to be put back ASAP.
Phone paypal and whatever they tell you write it down and email them to confirm details of your conversation with them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes, I have entered the tracking details into Paypal. When I spoke to them, they said that my case was in a queue to be reviewed, but couldn't tell me how long that would take.0
