I'm supposed to be emailing SIL about MIL & paying bills but.......

Thanks for the link to fonts Peppop

Rainmac - so sorry you & the boys are poorly again we could just do with some bright sunny days to drive away the germs. Hope you all feel well again very soon. Ooh! Craftwork! SIL lives in Leeds wonder if DH would like to visit? Thanks for info.

Flourgirl - glad your Dad is home & feeling better - can I come for tea please? - think we're having fish fingers for a change, DH's choice! but we can have Alice cake for afters.

Glittermum - your little musings are fantastic (and reasonably priced too).
  • Evening ladies, remember me? :o Sorry I've been AWOL for so long, things going on here that I won't bore you with. I've been lurking for the last week or so, so thought it was about time I posted. I have enjoyed looking at your makes, and so many newbies on here! It's great. :)

I'll try to make an effort to post a bit more, I have missed everyone. :o
I haven't really been crafting, apart from a card for friend's ds last week. I've been feeling guilty looking at all my stash just sitting there untouched.

    I hope everyone is well.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

Haha, yes, me & DD will be in the audience - just have to try to think of a really good question so we might get some air time ;)

  • OMG - I'm so going to have order one of these musings (thanks to everyone who's posted piccies of theirs) they are gorgeous. Will have to be next month though as my midnight flitting caused some rather nice EJ Butterfly Stamps & Sentiments to be purchased.:o

I'm off to the Brighton Creative Stitches & Hobbycrafts Show on Friday, so really shouldn't have bought anything else this week.

Has anyone tried Twinkling H20's and if so, can I buy them individually or do I have to buy them in sets? TIA
  • Free Easter bunny here - sorry can't remember who wanted it.

Had ordered OH's birthday pressie from Ebay last week (didn't know what to get him) got home yesterday to 2 failed delivery cards saying they'd tried to deliver it on Friday as well and was at depot in Rotherham  which is about an hour from here. Got OH to pick it up on his way home and wasn't wrapped so surprise was spoilt - fortunately he loves it it's one of these - why are boys so hard to buy for :D.

Only 4 more sleeps then off to hotel :j:j

Thankyou Marg. Yes you can come for tea any time :) but we didn't have the crumble we had Alice cake instead. SNAP!! Willow had the ice cream and 2 pieces of cake after a huge dinner, she had school dinner today too. At the moment she is on a growing spurt.

JHB Welcome back, i wondered where you had gone. Life just gets in the way of crafting sometimes lol. Are you going to the NEC ?

Glittermum, your little musings are fantastic, so different and so personal, its a brilliant idea. Sounds like a tough day for your friend, glad she laughed at the card you made for her.

Mary I'm pleased you got over your chocking do, I bet your OH was watching you chew every mouthful at the next mealtime. I had visions of your OH only giving you soup!! Bless him :)

Oooo Padster, its not long now to your hols, I bet youre really excited. I'd love a holiday in the sun right now. Why did we opt for the wardrobes instead :(

I'm glad you're ok Mary - had visions of your OH pouring gravy from a pyrex jug down your throat to try and shift it :rotfl::rotfl:.

We had wardrobes last year - after 4 years without any so guess I'm due the holiday this year :p
