I think I'm about to have to give up on being a Basic Grey free zone - those new ones are lovely - have resisted sugar rush until now - mainly as I haven't ordered anything to give my postie a rest :rotfl::rotfl:.

Happy Birthday Tom's Mum for yesterday and congratulations to &son.

Am sure I had loads more to say but have forgotten what it was :(.

Competely off topic but Tesco had 24 pouches of Whiskas for £4 yesterday - not sure our cat will live long enough to eat them as I had to wipe her behind with baby wipes and attack her with the scissors yesterday
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

I had to do that to my cat for a good few months....she was 15, and acting very old. Then our other cats had kittens, and she's fine now, really happy and energetic. Although we still have to wipe her alot. And wash her with baby wipes. She's lovely, though! We have 11 cats now. And a crazy dog.

Anyway...I only just got up after getting to sleep at 11. OH is going home for the night, it'll be our first night apart in months and I'm quite scared. Hoping my bind it all will keep me busy!

Craftgranny - I'm glad the fundraiser went well, it sounded like fun! Good luck for the MRI, they've always petrified me and I can't stay still in them. I'll have my fingers crossed for her!

Popkins - Sorry to hear about your order, I hate things being out of stock. I hope you've got some goodies, though!

How do I use a digistamp? Print it, colour it and cut it out?

Oooooh Gemma - I am going to be sooooo jealous once you've painted that cabinet pink!!! I know I will want it and will spend my days scouring skips LOL!!! How lucky was that - they are REALLY expensive!!! Very MSE!!! and now you can spend what you would've spent on trays on new stash!!!!! tut tut Popkins thats not how MSE works!!! It does in my house heeheee!!!

My 12x12 trays came yesterday and they are fab - have no idea why I thought I'd need 10 - maybe slighly over-ordered!!! guess I need to go shopping for more 12x12 papers and kick my !!! into gear and start making scrapbook pages like I intended 2yrs ago!!!!

Also my Sizzix order arrived - loads of things I ordered in the sale weren't included as the dispatch notice says out of stock - how annoying!! However I ordered tons so still got quite a few - just not the things I REALLY wanted! oh well! and also they sent a duplicate of this one so if anyone would like it please pm me and I'll be happy to donate it!!

Craftygranny - hope everything goes well tomorrow for Alicia!! May will be here before you know it!!

Flourgirl - feeling jealous of your silhouette - it sounds fab!! Can't wait to see all the things you're going to use it for!!

Padster - love your Easel card/box - very ingenious & might even give it a go myself altho if Rainmac is having difficulty with it I don't think I have a cat in hells chance of making a success of it... may well end up in the bin like my failed swing card & tri-fold card!!!

    Some fab cards from y'all!!

I'm up at this ridiculous hour as I can't sleep cos of my Fibro - its driving me demented at the moment cos it then means I sleep during the day!! I try not to so I sleep at night which works for one night but then it starts all over again! sooo frustrating - back to my GP next week I think!

Popkins you would definatley benefit from a Digital Die Cutting Machine;) :rotfl:

Sorry your fibro is bad at the moment (((HUGS)))

Saucy I always edit my digi images in Picassa and print out about 6 at a time then keep the rest in a folder for a later date. You can colour them in "Paint" a few people use that on here.

My latest card on my blog

Saucy - I've just checked my pack of pages and on the front it says there are 20 pages but like you there's only 10 sheets in there which I think is a bit cheeky. I just use normal plain printer paper with mine - it's so much cheaper, I use my guillotine to cut mine. I can't believe you have 11 cats - I'm allergic to to them!

Craftygranny - sounds like you had a fab time last night - good luck with the scan tomorrow.

Popkins - those 12x12 trays look fantastic - I'd get some but I've no idea where I could put them. My sizzix order came yesterday too - I'd only ordered 5 dies - I was a bit disappointed though I'd ordered a matchbook one thinking I'd be able to use it to make my own matchboxes for the advent calenders but instead it was to make the other kind! Hope you feel better soon.

Rainmac - glad to hear that your boys are much better - typical that now your OH is ill though!! We were looking at holidays to centre parcs but we haven't booked anything yet.

I don't know if this is of any use, but the Bind It All Pages seem reasonably priced from here. I've just ordered a Sizzix Extender Platform & Cutting Plates from them and they were the cheapest I could find.

  • Wanna B Rich - Thank you!! Thats the best price I have found, I think I'll order from there. Although I did notice that it says "Pack of 20"...I'm still feeling annoyed about that, can you tell? :P

Afternoon all, had an email from Sarahs cards 20% off - but its as long as you dont mind a wait for your goods as they are off to a craft show in America - so deliveries will be done when they get back - the code is CHA2010. Might just wander over for a little nosy!!

wanna-b-rich - I ordered those extending platforms and cutting plates and really impressed with their quick service I would use them again. However I have just used my Sizzix (only for the third time since I got it for xmas - convinced going to break it) anyway - I cut some alphabet letters and I just used the normal tabs and didnt need the other things like I thought I would (Does this make any sense???) - do you have experience of the sizzix - do you think I have done it wrong?? It worked though??
