I read back and thank you everyone for the comments on my little girl! I'm so proud of her and lucky she caught meningitis at 6 weeks old and we almost lost her but now she's 4 and a half months old and so alert and it's fantastic! I wouldn't say she's bald though! she was born with one lock of hair on the top of her head which was dark brown but has faded to a mousey brown, poor little thing has no other hair asides from this tiny pony tale haha!GC July: £0/£1200 -

I rang my friend and after umming and ahhing she decided to pay the postage. I think £1 is reasonable but because it's only a small purchase - £3.99 - it seems a lot. At least the folder was 50p cheaper than some people sell it so not a bad deal really. And I've just had an email to say it's already been despatched, what a great ebayer :T. Thanks so much for finding that for me Rusty, after looking for both lots of folders I'd just about had it with the computer by then!0 -

Got the Cardmaking mag with the free MME paper in today and the papers are lovely thanks for the heads up Gemm - also the gift if you subscribe is fab this month - a Sizzix embosser the one that looks like a bag !! seriously considering it but I already have 4 mag subscriptions for different things - I blame mr T and his clubcard points!! My husband is despairing shaking his head and mumbling something about an addiction but couldnt quite catch it:rotfl:. He is back at work tomorrow so goodness knows what might happen...cough!0 -

I don't use a craft knife, I use a Swann morton scalpel OH had 2 kicking about in the garage for years so I stole one and made him buy some replacement blades, I change the blade once it snaps as it never seems to go blunt? blades are changed once every few months but that is cause I am heavy handed!
Ali - which magazine was the subscription with please? Also are the MME papers shiny or are they nice enough to use? I hate shiny papers which you get with the mags :rotfl: maybe I am just a fussy cow!
I have to make 2 cards for my MIL and really don't know where to start! her birthday is tomorrow but she is on holiday til the weekend! I also need to make the other 2 for OH.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Your card is lovely Dragonllew.
I can't remember the make of my craft knife but it takes a number 11 blade. I buy them by the box from a model shop (the sort that sells model airplanes etc) so they work out quite cheap. I change mine frequently, as soon as I feel it dragging otherwise it doesn't give a clean cut on card.0
