Hi. It has take me ages to catch up with you guys but I got there in the end :j

I wanted to show you my 1st ever card (it is for my future B-I-L's birthday). I'm a little bit embarassed because your cards look really professional but gonna share it anyway. (Hide's in the corner waiting for your comments)

More teabag cards from me here

My eys are a bit rubbsh today for some reason and my back is stiff after sleeping on the sofa. For some reason "&son" wanted to sleep on his bean bag in the lounge last night. He's been mithering me for days so I said it had to wait until the weekend. I thought that would get it out of his system but he wanted to sleep there again tonight. I've put my foot down though - I need to catch up on CSI NY tonight.

    pepPop- your card is lovely!!
  • Hi All!!

Blimey, 2 days of not being on and I'm trawling through 6 pages!!!

    Can't remember much except

Rainmac, That's fabulous news about your mum, it must feel like such a relief for both of you, sending big celebratory cyber hugs to you both.

PepPop - I think that card is absolutely beautiful!! I adore Me To You stuff. The first thing my DH ever bought me after our first day (other than the meal and drink :) ) was a Me To You keyring and I still have it all these years later!!

Well not much crafting happening here. Actually non!! Been a crazy few days. Had to rearrange the bedroom furniture in our room and get the guest bedroom ready for a friend coming to stay. I'm desperate to get my office done and get my new desk set up. My Cuttlebug alphabet arrived on Friday and my Sizzix one yesterday. I'm itching so much to sit down and christen my new cuttlebug!!! Have a few cards waiting to be done as well.

Off to Llandudno for a few hours fresh air in a bit, and then need to pop in and check on our caravan. We bought a really cheap one (£750) after going camping (proper camping in a tent with torrential rain in devon :p ) but it's 20 years old so I'm a bit worried about how it's faired in the snow and rain (it's in storage). I need to get organised with it as I need to replace the carpet and make new curtains and seat covers before we go away in it the first time. Actually we need a towbar before we can go away in it lol!!!
    Tesco Clubcard - £50, Boots Advantage Card - £4 , Nectar points - 1846 :T
    I love Martin, he's saved me a fortune!!!:money:

tomsmum - love your partial embossing card, it looks so crisp and clean with just a hint of the embossing :)

PepPop - that tatty teddy card is soo cute! I love the blue glitter card around the edge, so fab for your first card :)

dawn your teabag cards are lovely :T

my new issue of Cardmaking and papercraft came yesterday and there was a free pack of gorgeous MME papers, just thought I'd mention it as I know there are some other MME fans on here ;)

and they printed my quote in the mag for being one of last times Subscription prizewinner! if only I'd actually received my prize
