Choccy & Skier girl - can you tell me where to find your blogs please?

Oh Hamish222 - so sorry to hear that, I do hope he'll be OK. Are you quite near an animal hospital then? I suppose it was fortunate that you were there when it happened. How old is he?

JHB - Yes! I have a mental picture of everyone too - All good!

I am about 25 miles away. He is only a baby just less than 18months. I totally panicked. He is a Persian and my sister had a young persian who died at the age he is so I was really stressed. I wont be able to sleep tonight for worrying about him.

    Hi everyone!

Let's just say that I haven't told you about Craftworks Cards where they have gorgeous stuff including scalloped card blanks 50 for £5 and extremely exciting goody bags for £10

    I also haven't told you that p&p is £1.95.

And I definitely haven't told you that I just bought scrummy stuff from them and that Postman Pat might get the wrong idea as I will be ready waiting for him with a very expectant face indeed...

Dawn - Your card making exploits sound like mine - I get it almost finished (they take hours) & then go & spoil it by trying too hard glasses or not. Oh, I mentioned your desks to DH & he's almost decided we need to go to IKEA - Thank you! it's next to a HUGE M&S:j
Your button jars look good, mine are in a plastic box (not pretty) Ting!Idea for Rusty's challenge! Love the brooches the red & black one's my favourite.
    Is your birthday the 13th?
Marg, the button jar is from ikea too - in the kitchen section 89p each they reminded me of sweetie jars so I couldn't resist.
Thanks re the brooches - they're so easy to make - just running stich down one edge then pulled tight for the outer ring. On the black one for the middle, I did a running stitch down the middle of the ribbon rather than the edge to make a more ruffled effect and then sewed them together.

melissa - I'm sorry, gorgeous as little Elliot is, I won't be on the rota! I told my brother I wouldn't babysit his twin boys until they were 'house-trained'; unfortunately they're autistic and still in nappies aged 4. :o I probably would babysit, but he's never asked me. :o I'm not sure I'd know what to do with a boy anyway! Can I add, in the boy vs. girl debate - give me a girl any day!!
hels - I hope everything goes okay with your cat. I'm not a cat person, but since I got my 2 greyhounds I can totally understand the worry you must be going through x Totally inappropriate, but whenever anyone talks about their cats I just remember Mrs. Slocambe and her !!!!! :p
rainmac - congrats on the sales :j
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

I have to admit, although I am slightly bias, I agree with you all - little Elliot is gorgeous, he's been sleeping all day!

Dragonflew - beautiful bookatrix cards - I love how you've put an arch of flowers over the couple.

Lei_Armstrong - lovely card, no wonder your Gran loved it.

Hamish - sorry to hear about your cat - I hope he gets better soon.

Lovely Cards everyone as usual. I have been decorating and was hoping to get some cards made today but not been a good one. My poor little kitty had a seizure and we had to rush him to vets. His heartrate was more than twice what it should be so we had to drive him straight into animal hospital to see a specialist. They have kept him in and he has to get heart scans and blood tests etc to try and find out what it is. I am really worried about him.

Hamish, I am so sorry to hear about your cat. My cat is like another child to me, we've been together for nearly 8 years and sometimes I feel he is the only one in our house who understands me. Thinking of you xxx
