    Evening ladies!

Back from a fabulous holiday in France and have just about managed a quick scan through of the last few pages - couldn't face a whole 2 weeks worth!

Congrats to Mel on her guest designer slot and congrats to everyone who has been making such beautiful cards as always!

I need to crack on with the CP card swap and check I haven't missed anything!

    See you all later

congrats on your great news melissa, I'm sure the card you make for the DT will be fantastic

kaitlyn what beautiful cards you have made for flourgirl and the wife, you are very talented for such a young crafter!

mrs tidge - glad you had a great holiday and good to have you back.

for everyone that's been asking about my parents cat, thanks so much for all your concern but unfortunately I have some sad news - she had a vets appointment today and when my mum took her they said that she had lost a lot of weight and one of her hips had come out of the socket again, so to save putting her through yet another operation which still might not work, they have had to have her put to sleep. It's such a shame :( she was looking very sad and I just think that she didn't want to go through it any more, with her not eating much and being stuck in the cage all the time. she was 10 and they had her when I still lived there so it's like losing a member of the family, it's strange how you get used to them always being there and then they suddenly aren't. :(

Oh Gemma I'm so sorry to hear that, I'm not sure that anything I can say will make it feel better but I'm sure, though it was a tough decision, it will have been the right one and she wont be suffering any more. Big hugs for you and your Mum & Dad xxx

You were very brave to stand - I have a fear of being crushed (I had a traumatic experience as a teenager) so we're sticking with the seats. I'm thinking of walking tbh - its only a couple of miles and there'sll be 3 or 4 of us walking together.
    Glad you enjoyed it!

I did get pushed really hard by a drunk brute of a bloke and if that had happened anywhere else I would have fallen to pieces but as U2 were in front of me I forgot about it and moved to stand in front of my OH so he could protect me ;)
