Making Cards - Ideas for a card craft beginner (Part 3)

I was talking about that to her mum this afternoon and she thought it was a good idea we just need to find somewhere local that would let her sell there. She works in a nursery too so we thought of making and raffling a couple of nappy cakes. We haven't got our heads round it yet she only got the news a couple of weeks ago. Kaitlyns nursery are going to have to settle for a bit less as i'm going to give a lot of things to danielle now. Thank you again

You just need one of his posts, then you can PM him as you would anyone else. I have sent him a message before and he replied pretty quickly. He has posted a sticky at the top of the forum.

Ooh i don't know really any amount really but i don't want to put you out if you have to keep buying more card stock. As many as you make, what ever i am sure i will use them let me know how much they were to post and to make please and i will pop off a cheque.

craftygranny I have joined the facebook group, Have you tried your local newpaper and radio station to get support? May be worth a try. I don't mind sending you a nappy cake to be raffled off. I raffled one off in the summer and it did quite well.

Or we could all send you cards to sell at a fund raiser.

Craftygranny i'm sorry to hear about your grandaughter - i'm off to look at the Facebook page now. I've just uploaded 3 new Christmas cards to my blog http://leialegweak.blogspot.com/ but have still got 23 more to make! And i'm going to copy rainmac's idea for Jingle Beans so have ordered test tubes and Jelly Beans and told OH he's gotta help me put them together hehe x

craftygranny - why dont you set up a "card drive" like this one get everyone to send you cards, everyone of us would advertise it on our blogs then you can sell them on for profit or "raffle" a set off (e.g. a set of one baby, one wedding, one get well etc.)
