I have been a follower on this blog for a while!! ... the stamps are personalised aswell which would be fab instead of putting stickers on the backI might ask Santa for one
Ooh they're really cool! I have this stamp:

Have just finished my swing card for THE-WIFE .... I bet she will fall off her seat reading that I have finally done itI will post it on monday
sorry again for the delay! I will now cross it off my to do list!
Anyway it is on my blog .... not 100% happy with it though
Anyone use memento ink? I bought myself a ink pad in black ... but it just seems to bleed whenever I stamp anything?? what am I doing wrong?? I was well happy with my 59p whispers ink pad which is still going strong and also works with my pro markers but read memento was better for promarkers so decided to buy one!! seriously wish I hadn't bothered. If you click on the actual pic of my swing card it will bring up a massive sized picture you can then scroll to the stamping on it and see what I mean!
I have the same problem and can't figure out what i'm doing wrong! Does the ink also seem to pool on the stamp? If anyone can enlighten us that would be fab! x0 -
I posted a link a few days ago to a shop that sells some fab flowers - well apparently she is now offering 15% off all orders and a free lucky dip bag of flowers if you spend over 10 quid, its also free delivery if you spend over 10 quid. Enter the code "ukscrappers" at checkout!

Hello All,
I read this great thread almost daily to catch up with what your all doing, feel like i already know you, lol!
I am a long long time lurker, being brave and saying hello...HELLO:hello:
Hope you dont mind but i have some pic's to show you for your comments as although i love going back to my childhood with the card making, cutting & sticking as my lil girl calls it, i spend hours making creations but am never always truley happy with the results.
Do you guys give yourself a harsh time over the finished project, go back tweek and fiddle before you can relax and say 'oh im proud of that' coz my other half thinks im insane with all my 'do you like this, what do you think of this''do they go' questions!:rotfl:
As a new poster i am unable to post links:mad: but if you load photbucket and search for sh3ri3_photos in 'people' then you will find my cards
The first 2 cards i picked up at a car boot sale for 50p - BARGIN i couldnt make them for that was well chuffed. :DThe rest are all mine.
Thanks

Sh3ri3 - I'm so glad you plucked up the courage to come and say hello!!!! I am always really critical of the stuff that I make, especially when I see other people's creations - so you're not alone!!!!! Your cards are fantastic - my favourites are your robot one and the xmas one with the clothes pegs!!!0

Its very quiet on here today. I have been shopping this morning for a new bedroom carpet and some lampshades. Just need a mirror and 2 pictures and we are finished, thank goodness.
Yesterday was nearly a disasterous day, We went to York to the paper mill shop about 30 miles away, when we got there it was closed, it was the only shop on the whole outlet that wasn't open and the only shop I wanted!! I even took my box back for a refil and 50p refund! Never mind we will go to Thorntons for a coffee. On the way back to the exit we decided to have another look, hurray this time its open, apparantley the assistant was late. Got my card 2 boxes, while at the till I noticed some post of micro glitter 4 for 99p so of course I had to have some then there was a mix up over my 50p off. Eventually I got out of the shop put my bags in the car and drove home. Took the bags out of the car put them on the table and went to make a drink. DH had a look inside the bag to see what I had bought and everything was covered in blue glitter..... the bl**dy lid had come off...grrr You wouldnt believe how far it had spread. I think the house and the drive will still be twinkling at Christmas. So if you shop for glitter make sure the lids are sealed and put them in a seperate bag sealed up!! We did have a laugh though.
So Louby and The Wife your reindeer tags may well be ready glittered for you lol.0 -

Hello
, first proper chance I've had to post in ages, well couple of days
Welcome back Hels, so glad you had a lovely time :j
Flourgirl, ta for the email, think I will get some of those tooSorry to hear about the glitter! Haven't had a chance to make the coconut cake yet but it's on my to do list for this week as I can't wait to try it
We had our night out on Saturday and it was lovely. The food was fab, as was the company. Took the boys to a party yesterday and then to my m&d's in the afternoon.
It's freezing here today, I just can't warm up. I was parent helper at DS2's preschool this morning, god I couldn't do that job full-time, the ladies there are absolute angels :A
Going to have a look at blogs and CP after I've picked DS1 up from school and I need to get on with some crafting this evening as I've had a couple of days off and need to get cracking on some bits and bobs.
Hope everyone's ok x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Your card is fantastic, I have seen easel cards quite a few times on blogs recently and thought I'd like to give one a go. Was it easy to do? Love the cute notebooks too x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0
