  • rusty - that is a fantastic card , don't even think about buying one , that is much better than a mass produced one you can buy in a shop !!!

I'm sorry this is off topic but I had to tell someone...
my ds (8) had to go for an MRI today. I was sooooooooo proud of him. he went in the scanner no problem and had the bit put over his head. he lay completely still for about 30 minutes. I don't know if I could have done it... there was never a sign of panic or distress.

all my visitors have gone now but I am so tired I think I might have an early night and catch up tomorrow.

    Well done bunbun's ds!

Being in those things is really boring and it's so easy to move... even as an adult

    *cheers for ds*

Sally - Sorry to hear about your brother. I love your cat :)

Rainmac - Thanks for the link to the blog hop, I'll be over there at some point today :)

I was busy busy yesterday and managed to make my cards for the troops which are on my blog http://laurenbrookscrafts.blogspot.com

I've been asked to do a craft fair in November and being so close to Christmas it would be rude not to make some of the lovely gift ideas that we've had on here recently. :rotfl:

I'm wondering how much you think someone would pay for one of those advent calender draw things? It will be quite costly to make if I've got to buy all the matchboxes etc!

Lauren I love your Christmas cards they are great! I wish I had been sensible and not made cards with sticking out bits as I think they are too fat in the envelope and now have to go to .the post office!!! I bought those papers in a sale recently and can't wait to use them

Furry you're right, that is a nestie, one of the recent 'labels' they bought out. I'm not sure if I've used it before but it seemed just right for the card.

Thank you, I think I need to do some research into the different labels nesties as not sure which ones are my favourite there are lots of fab ones!!

Can I have some honest opinions please. Just so I know whether to go and buy him a card or just give him this one.
    Thankyou in advance.
    X

I think that card is great Rusty and your DS will LOVE it!!
  • Rusty - I love that card, like others have said I'm sure he will appreciate it much more than a bought one!

I meant to say earlier, if no-one has already volunteered I wouldn't mind running the next challenge!!
