I love the poem stardrop - I don't do stamping - yet - but it can be applied to almost everything else crafty I've got! Are you sure that's your first card? It looks too good.

My must do for today is a 30th birthday card for my God-daughter which I know before I start wont be good enough. Ah well!

lol yes it is one of my first cards honest;) I did try to make some cards a couple of years ago but decided it just wasn't my thing:o But I have done a bit of scrapbooking as well so I think I've picked up a few techniques from that:D Really fancy having a go at stamping but I don't know if I have the patience, I'm more of a " Finish it in 2 seconds" type of girl:rotfl:

Marg, I've just put my card for the troops on my blog here but I'm definitely going to make some more, it's a very special cause.

rainmac, today's the day that we give our friend his retirement card, thank you so much for all the help with it, pictures of it on my blog.

Please don't stress over sending me the Christmas cards for our Forces.

Although the 'challenge' on here ends on Tuesday I wont be sending them off until, probably, the end of next week & if I know you are sending some I'll wait 'til they arrive.

I think for the purpose of the 'draw' if you let me know by, say, 6pm on Tuesday to expect an entry I'll put your name in the hat & wait for the card(s) to reach me.

I will put your name in the hat for each card you make so, for that reason and 'cos it's for our Forces the more the merrier please. (shameless begging!):rotfl:
