it wasn't as bad as I expected and there were no tears.

not sure why it has been cancelled...I think Colin Baker probably has other commitments but it would have been nice if they had put something on the website

How did you find out? Did you get an email?
Meh Colin wasn't the best Baker Doctor anyway ;)

Help please - I've just opened the pack of tri fold cards I bought the other week and found that the front is not as wide as the rest of the card by about 3 or 4mm, they are Papermania ones and all in the pack are the same. They weren't cheap.
Question - Should they be like that or have I picked up a rogue packet?

mine are about 1mm narrower, the inside bit is about 3mm narrower. not sure if they are supposed to be like that or not - mine were cheap so assumed that was why - sorry I'm not much help really am I?

Marg - I got mine from Hobbycraft (own brand) and theirs are the same. I'm not sure if they're supposed to be like that, but I got mine for stitched cards and so that bit is on the inside on mine so it doesn't matter. HTH

I think it's to do with paper size because and A4 piece of paper isn't quite 30cm and if you score your own the centre is 10cm wide and the two outer flaps are slightly smaller like you describe! x

Rainmac -thanks for the coaster calender idea for teachers might have a go.

I've never been so busy making things since joined this site had a go at making flannel raindeers today as well as cracking on with cards - not sure if Rusty is to blame for that idea popping into my head from another forum!!

You know when you ladies do your cards and you have the lovely flowers on - where do you get them from? Been into the works today having a look at their card making things and nothing there (dont tell hubby I've been looking again) at least only looking no elves have reached me yet!!!
