Ju Ju, I went to a huge one in Dallas but then everythings bigger in Texas.:D It's not just cardmaking but any art or craft that you can think of. My DIL and I spent 3.5 hours in her one in Canada and then you don't see everything. The Christmas sale is brilliant and I spotted that stamp Father Christmas collage for $4.50 went back to find it and it had gone but picked up some beautiful paper stacks.

 why can't we have a Michaels???????????? What we spend in pounds costs the same in dollars. But it seems you can't always use the coupons on MS product, well we couldn't in that particular shop.

I am happy with the Scorpal(s) tho

    Hi guys...sorry to interrupt!
I'm looking at the NEC tickets, I'm kinda tempted. If I can go, could I meet up with you? It's okay if you'd rather me not!

    E x

Please come, it's good fun :D

Louby, so sorry your LO is poorly, sending big get well quick wishes xxx

Flourgirl, I love those little valentine's box things, that lady has such great ideas on her blog! I am thinking basic (aka 'no work for mummy' as generally 6 yo children will not appreciate it ;)) for Jack's party bags but dinosaur themed so I have already got little plastic dinosaurs and intend to get dinosaur notepads and pencils, dinosaur stickers, dinosaur dot to dot (printed from internet) and dinosaur sweets (hope to put these in little cello bags with a note saying thank you for coming to my party) plus a slice of birthday cake or a cupcake, not decided yet. Do you think that sounds ok? I'm going to go for paper bags rather than plastic party bags as they can be recycled/reused. I saw these digi images earlier in the week and thought I could use them for Jack's cinema party invites but I don't fancy sitting there colouring in 40ish images

Rainmac the party bags sound fab, I rather like the idea of cupcakes instead of a big cake, maybe with a jelly dinosaur on top. It will be so much easier than cutting and wrapping slices. Love the paper bag idea too (think I will be pinching that for Willows party ;) ) Those digi images are just the job for your invites, could you maybe colour one in Paint and just print 40 ready done, you could copy and paste 8 on a page to save paper.

could you somehow colour them on the PC and then just print them out? I'd be happy to have a go at PC colouring for you if you like ;)
