Mel, legs bums and tums, well done you! You put me to shame, I should go but I don't ;-)
Well I had to have a quick go and make one of those very cute baskets, it's on my blog. I was amazed at how quick it was to make and looks as it should do, if you know what I mean x
Your little basket is sooo gorgeous. Perfect item for your craft fairs, just fill with shredded tissue so you dont have to put too much filling in IYKWIM. Also the cards on your blog are just stunning!
I hope you are all feeling a little better today. Your stew sounds delish, please can I have some x0 -
It started snowing here at 3 and its still snowing now
Thankfully its just started sticking. A nice evening sat making cards for me i think
furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -
Rainmac - I had to go - I've put on loads of weight since I've had Elliot - I was really good all through the pregnancy and then about a month after he was born I just couldn't stop eating! Your basket is really cute - love the plum colour!!!!
Mary - take it slowly eating the chicken!!! I remember I choked on some green jelly once - it sounds daft but it didn't half scare me!
Jailhousebabe - that's great news about your DD - it was really kind of her to buy you the stamps - sounds like she really appreciates you!
Flourgirl/Dawnteabag - it was snowing here about 2 hours ago - only for about 30 mins - it hasn't settled though!0 -
Lou your Anniversary card is really pretty. I love how you have done the centre square..
Melissa I think you are very brave going to bums and tums, I'd love to go belly dancing, but, I think once my belly started wobbling I'd be unable to stop it!! Thing is I cant put mine down to excess baby weight, my youngest is 30 this month lol0 -
Can anyone please explain to silly me how to amend my header on my blog? I have worked out how to import an image but where can I go to create my own image? Do I need fancy software to do it? Thank you x
Paint shop pro? not much use am I.........
I wanted a fancy signature under each post and by the time I'd faffed about everything dissappeared and I had to call DH0 -
Rainmac - go to customise then on the layout tab
click edit in the box where your header is
then upload image and click placement button to choose behind or instead of header.
Mine is a pic on my pc sitting behind the header
HTH
Started snowing here about 6:30 - OH has to be in Worksop for a meeting by 7 tomorrow . If it keeps up not sure if I'll be able to get to my own meeting - was late this morning as motorway was closed due to someone sliding on the ice sat in queue for 20 mins 3 cars back from the slip road to get off onto the road that runs parallel with it  that was after wobbly legs as ABS had to kick in to stop me at the top of our lane. I may have caused a small queue on the untreated B road I ended up on but better late than neverOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Evening all - just popping on to say hi :hello:
Hugs to Wifey and Rainmac - sorry to hear you are under the weather, look after yourself girls (and your lttle 'uns Rainmac).
Rainmac - love the look of that little basket - I can still remember a little Easter basket just like that, that I made when I was about 5 (40 yrs ago ) and the teacher filling it with little easter eggs :rotfl:.
Not much crafting going on here - paint stripping yes - still hopefully I can post that I've finished at the weekend (not looking forward to sanding all that woodwork now - ughhh)
Take care all,
Thriftyxxx0 -
Well, I have just spent an hour organising supplies for 400 yes 400 t bag holders, 200 paper clip bookmarks and 200 post it note holders! It's for the children at school to buy for Mother's Day - and hopefully I'll have some help from some of the PTA committee to make them all!0
-
It's finished!
before I post my mammoth blog post does anyone know of any challenges I could enter it for. It has ribbons, buttons, gromlets a house, red white and blue, stamping, card candy, lace, blood sweat and tears.0
