I have every sympathy for you, I suffer from IBS, stress being the major factor.

I take immodium, that my doctor has prescribed for me, my friend also gave me colofac I think it is called, this helps the churning, pain and stomach cramps too.

Hypnotism helped me get over my fear of flying, for such an important occasion it might be worth the expense. Otherwise I second Rescue Remedy (although it doesn´t work on me, it helps a lot of people) or Kalms.

Enjoy your big day, and may I wish you a very happy marriage!

    :)

Do you know, if you concentrate really hard, you can imagine that the churning in your stomach is butterflies... they're there to remind you that something great is going to happen, and keep you on your toes so that you remember to enjoy yourself!!

...The way to feel totally comfortable is to find a way to get all your pretty butterflies to fly in formation.... :)

And notice what happens when they start to learn how to do just that... :)
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

    Remember to breathe.

Do it in through your nose and so your belly swells up. Using your diaphragm. Then breathe out through you mouth. Do it deeply and drop your shoulders as you go. Think of sunshine and warmth. Sometimes it's better to lie down for the first few times. Give yourself two minutes of this with no distractions.

If your shoulders don't drop on their own make them do so. Keep breathing this way.

Imagine the beach and the best relaxing time on holiday / in your dreams you've ever had.

It takes practise to make that happen wherever you are but it is possible, within a remarkably short amount of time.

Big love honey, hope something posted here works for you.
