Hello!,
I would like some help in claiming my overdraft charges back can anybody please advise me on a legit company to use as a middleman?. No win no fee that doesnt take a silly amount as a percentage?.
I wrote three seperate letters in August 2007 to three different banks and all three responded with the "the case is now in court and will be reviewed etc etc". I havent heard anything since?.
Im getting married at the end of the month and I went overdrawn three times last month (first time in a long time as Ive been so good recently) so thought I may be eligable for the financial hardship route?.
Any help and advice would be great!

Unless you can prove you are in financial hardship then there is nothing you or any company can do to help.
All that will happen is you'll pay the claim company upfront, then they'll tell you there is nothing they can do till the 'hold' is removed from everyone's claims and you'll have even less money than you do now.
Your best bet is to read the 'Claiming under financial hardship' guide on this site and then seeing if you qualify.0
