Im currently with scottishpower on fixed energy online due to end Sept 09. On visiting the energyhelpline comparison site and it tells me that after my current deal ends and they've taken this into account I will be £181 (16%) better off if I switch to EdF energy online 5 tarrif the next best was £130 (12%) switching to NPower sign online 16.
On visiting Quidco I see neither of these are offering cashback for switch through Quidco. Is the reason for this because the savings are so huge in comparison to Scottish power (saving of £76 ( 7%) switching to Online energy 6, but do offer upto £62 cashback on quidco.

Fear not! :D Not a recommendation, btw (although in my relatively light usage of them never had a problem). I'm sure Quidco/cashbackkings/fatcheese et al will jump on the bandwagon soon. Also check out your favourite 100% cash back site (whatever that may be) to see if they have it.

Thanks for that, I completely forgot about topcashback!:j
  • I am in the same boat and am looking at jumping from the fixed price Scottish Power plan that expires at the end of August. Does anyone know if the transfer process will definitely take longer than 28 days as I will have a £50 penalty if the switch goes through too soon? I don't want to miss out on the topcashback £60 offer.

    Much appreciated.
I'm sure I went upstairs for some reason.
