I bought a car from them recently and got it delivered at my door, only not to start again. Upon talking to him, he was rude to me and my wife. He had no consideration of the situation I was in at the time. Cost me £700 to repair it. Complained to trading standards but just heard that they (bargaincars4u) are in administration and opened a company with some other name.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. HE IS A CON MAN.

Why would anyone trust a company with a stupid text speak name like this anyway?
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
  • I just wanted to update everyone here on my case here. Seems like AutogearCars are genuinely trying to resolve our problem.

After finding out engine management light on my dashboard, I took the car to Toyota dealer who then did a full health check. They recommended few changes. I have then wrote a letter to Autogear Cars explaining the situation.

A very nice person called Ozzie then called me up from Autogearcars who listened to my problem and promised to resolve that asap.

I have to say, I did not expect that to happen so promptly. I was preparing to go long road with all my proofs and docs. But I was plesently surprised with their service regarding my complaints.

Now, this case is not closed yet. I am yet to receive the money which was agreed to fix this car. Once I have the checque cleared, I will Post more details of this correspondence. But so far so good..
  • Autogearcars have sent me a cheque in response to my complaints. I am happy they way they have handled things. I do not have any other issues or complaints about them.
  • Sammy 2011 my only thought is that you're probably one of the company as this man Faizal Gaffar Patel is an absolute thief.

I bought a car from him under 500miles later the car practically blew up. Long term problems were identied and didnt show up when I test drove it.

The guy as stated was nice when buying the car and rotten to deal with after. Scum I'm afraid doesn't cover it. After asking for a refund he told me to s*d off and after 2months are argument and threatening legal action he agreed to fix it but for an additional £1200.

This was literally my only option as otherwise I felt I would lose the full value of the car- 3500. I'm appalled he hasn't been jailed after the reports I've heard. Never in my life have I detested someone as much as him ripping off so many people.
