Hi, I am using Orange livebox wired to a pc, and have just bought a laptop which I am connecting wirelessly, how do I ensure that the connection is secure?.

On your laptop, when you "browse" for available networks, your networks should be marked as secure. Also, to connect to it first-time, you would have needed to supply a passkeyChris Elvin0

thanks for the reply, but I did not have to provide any "passkey", I just switched on the laptop and put in the number from the bottom of the livebox, and put the livebox in pairing mode. Would the number from the live box be the "passkey"?.0
