    SRM, my local jobcenter had a lady who would go though your cv with you, make it updated and how employers like it to look now, your local jobcenter should have the same service.

    made birthday cake today and ate all the surplus bits as I went (sponge, coconut, cola bottles, liquorice laces...) and feel quite sick now.
