    Thanks Smlsave and Greent,

Today is another glorious, sunny one...

Lots of study planned as my last assignment for this academic year is due in on Friday, and I've not actually started writing it yet, so 6k words in 6 days... I've done all the reading I can do, and have even done a couple of interviews with people to refine my arguments, so now it's a question of cracking down to the structure... at the moment though, I'm still not sure what I'm gonna write... it's difficult this essay malarky but I want to do well!!

My new lodger seems to be settling in well and as he goes to bed very, very early and leaves for his job very, very early, our paths scarcely cross.

The foxes last night have attacked my rubbish and strewn it everywhere. It must have been an adult one jumping over the fence as the terrible twins who burrowed into the garden each night (and wreaked havoc on my plants) appear to have been deterred by the slates and bricks I stuffed into the gaps. Time for me to get a metal bin perhaps. I've been putting it off as my garden's tiny and I prefer a discreet black bag to some huge shiny thing, but it's not nice to be greeted by chaos every morning!!!

OK - time to get back to the desk..

As of ten minutes ago, I've finished my last MA assignment of the year. I submitted it on-line with eight minutes to spare . and :D:D:D

Actually, I'm used to cutting things fine , and in all honesty, I'm just relieved it's done. OH is away at the moment, and it's too late to ring anyone up really, but this just had to be shared.

'grats QB. When will you get your results? I'm waiting to hear about my professional qualification, which I will hear end of next month I think. I passed everything else, am just waiting for the uni to confirm I passed my dissertation second time around.

Well done QB you must be so relieved to have finished, at least for this year.:j:j:j:j

My exams are over to and it just feels great. I have just read your diary from start to finish and wanted to say well done on all you have achieved in such a short period. Especially with all the studying you have ben doing.

What are you going to do now then with the whole summer stretching before you??:p

    Thank you Katsu, thanks Baby-steps,
Yes the relief is immense - I had no idea that doing a masters would be such hard work! That said however, it means the sense of achievement at the end of the year is all the better...
Not quite sure what I am going to do know. I've a consultancy project to finish off next week (assuming the information I'm waiting for come through) and then I'm going to start trying to find a part time job for next year. I'm not precious about landing another high-status, high profile job - I'd just like something that enables me to tick over in my chosen field, whilst doing my studies :D
