I started my claim on 1st June 2007 i delivered my claim by hand. I was rejected in the normal way like many others. As the case in the courts has not been settled i decided to wait. I recently re applied by letter to my ex manager. I have closed and moved my business account. My ex manager rejected my claim again.
Is their someone within Natwest i should now readdress my claim or use one of these No win no Fee claim websites? My claim on two accounts is for almost £9,000.
Thanks
Peter

I would NEVER and will NEVER recommend a no win no fee company because there is nothing that they can do that you cannot do yourself. Furthermore, your claim is acknowledged and so will be paid out on the conclusion of the OFT test case(unless it is a business account)0
