Suggestions for a Wedding anniversary treat

'Lo all
My wife and I are celebrating our twentieth wedding anniversary in June. We've decided to take a few days off for ourselves, leaving our teenagers to fend for themselves.
My question is, has anyone got a good idea for a short/midweek break? To keep costs down, we're quite happy to leave booking until a couple of days before we leave, and we're also happy to pick days according to what may be available. So get your thinking caps on, and come up with a few suggestions, would you?
We're already considering such diverse ideas as a few days in Krakow and the Polish mountains, the Norfolk Broads on a boat, touring the west coast of Ireland, a quick trip to New York or Boston, and a cruise up the Norwegian Fjords. I'd quite like to go to Skye, but I probably know even less about the island than I do about Krakow.
All suggestions will be gratefully received.
Thanks

Exclamation and question marks - ONE exclamation mark or question mark is sufficient to exclaim or ask about something. More than one just makes you look/sound like a prat.
Should OF, would OF. Dear oh dear. You really should have, or should've listened at school when that nice English teacher was explaining how words get abbreviated.
