No Sold Dispatch now E-mail from Amazon.

Hey. Basically for my last few sales like normal i got a Sold dispatch now email from amazon. However, my latest sale which took place 5 hours ago apprears in my amazon account, but i am yet to receive an email from Amazon asking me to dispatch it. Is this normal? and should i proceed and dispatch it, or should i wait for the email??

Sometimes the wheels fal off the Amazon emails. If it is in your account with all the buyers details just send it. I woupd assume the email will come overnight if not before.

In the old days that email was the only thing that I used (when it had buyers full details) and on oine or two occasions I had customers querying when delivery would be. I hadn't had the confirmation email..:eek:

i have sold a book tonight at 5.10pm and still not had the SDN email so hopefully mine will come soon

It has been glitch after glitch for a while now and I am getting a little tired. I just wish they would stop fiddling with the site and get it running properly.

I didn't get SDN emails last week for 48 hours, then suddenly yesterday it started again..no sold emails. They've changed the despatch packing slips again, they've hidden the item condition again. Some of my books have been mysteriously delisted and some of my listings have disappeared completely.

Don't even get me started on the 10 day pendings...

SDN email arrived overnight , and item description is missing ! i liked that so the buyer could see the description i had written about the book .
