we got our confirmation for holiday today.we are in a delux plus 2 bedroom caravan.looked on haven site and no such caravan does anybody know what we this is.thanks.

I do now ive just been - its a standard plus. Just been to Thorpe Park and asked at reception because i thought we should have had a microwave - i think we was diddled although the caravan was clean it was very basic0

Hi we've just been to Devon Cliffs on a daily mail holiday. Our's stated Delux Plus on the invoice and we had paid £15 per person. The first van we were given was filthy and very poorly spec'd. We complained and got moved to a Superior Plus van with a microwave and heating in all rooms. It had a verandah and sea view. Again it was filthy but liked location and size of van so complained and had to wait for cleaners but it was sorted fairly quickly. HTH.0
