I completed the templates to reclaim monies for financial hardship i received a letter from the Halifax who stated i had no case .I then completes the template to the Ombudsman and i have now received an offer from the Halifax ,I claimed for £899 they have offered £581 and to cancel all fees incurred in the next 3 months . Is this a good offer and should i accept

Take the money. Any offer cannot be a 'full and final' settlement, the balance will be paid (assuming the judgement goes against them) at the conclusion of the OFT test case0
