We haven't heard both sides of this story - how do we know that the original link with the complaints posted is actually the truth? I think those of you posting multiple references to this company in an attempt to get this thread higher up the google listing are being unfair to this company when you don't know for certain that this was the full email exchange.
If you do 100% know this to be the truth then fair enough but it's hard enough for anyone to survive through a recession let alone a company on the receiving end of some sort of strange vendetta which is what this appears to be and this could seriously damage their reputation if this is in fact, untrue.0 -
hahaha I know Tops Hair Salon although I have never used them myself. I thought I had received bad customer service from companies recently but I would have loved a response like that just for comedy effect. If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00

Bitterwallet.com who reported the emails asked them for a comment yesterday morning and to date they have not responded. If they had nothing to hide they would have simply responded to Bitterwallet and put their side of the story.
P.S Please do not click on the google links I have posted and then click on the MSE return as it will push it higher on google.0 -

So this makes the story 100% correct then does it? Their lack of response makes them guilty? Talk about guilty until proved innocent :rolleyes:0
