Bank Charges

I am currently working my way through my bank charges statement request from my bank dated back until 2001. I am unsure what I can claim back from the bank. Does anyone know if I can claim for "chg o/draft interest" and "chg overdraft excess fee". I would appreciate if anyone knows as I want to get what hopefully I am entitled to.

CHG=Charge
so overdraft interest is NO but overdraft excess fee is a YES.
From your username can I ask if you are in England and wales OR scotland(due to a slightly different limitations act).0
