going to court

im gonna take lloyds to my local court for £3500

im a bit worried about going about this coz im getting confused about what to do!

i made my original claim over two years ago and got rejected and ive told them to pay up or im going to court and obviously they've rejected me AGAIN!

so basically what are the steps i should take to do this?

ive read and re-read the guides but im not sure of what to say when i start court precedings :(

    The court will automatically stay the case until the conclusion of the OFT test case. Is there a specific reason for going to court?

    i'm looking through the success stories and people here are getting refunds in 3 weeks+ and i've been on hold for 2 years

    That is because they have financial hardship ie priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) and they have been able to provide evidence which means that the bank may refund charges but they don't have to. All courts will stay claims for bank charges.
