Stop, read through and cross-refernce back to other posts as appropriate then it will save the embarassment of making an invaild and incorrect comment, therefore winding the poster up for not reading it in the first place!

Hey freebie-hunter, I'm with you on this!

Can I also add 'prats' to the list please? Even if they do read the whole thread, they will invariably isolate one remark and view it out of context.

Why on earth do people engage their typing fingers before their brain?

I'm not even talking about a comment that was made in a jokey way that could perhaps be taken in a different way, I'm talking about people who immediately fire off a serious reply without thinking the thing through. There seems to be a number of them on the go at the minute.

I often wonder if it is a sign of low intelligence and they are more to be pitied for their lack of reasoning abilities.
