Help needed changing shop description

Hi, Last Friday I changed my shop description in the manage my shop - basic information page but when I go to my shop its still showing the old description.
I emailed ebay but they just sent a standard email back telling me to clear my cache (which I have already done).
Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? Thanks

I can't help with shop problem, but ebay often shows old images in the gallery view on my listings, even days after I have changed it!0
