Quick Barclaycard Query....

My partner was just using her Barclaycard (she has a card on my account) to pay for our wedding cake over the phone and the transaction was declinded. I logged on to the online system to see why before calling Barclaycard and I noticed that our last payment hasn't cleared onto the account yet (would have cleared the balance from last month's statement) meaning the attempted phone transaction would have put us over the limit. Since the transaction was declined (and the payment is pending although I know this makes no difference to Barclaycard!) will we be charged a fee? I've had a quick scan through the online help section and my card t&c's but couldn't see anything. Anyone able to offer up an answer please?
