Need roof repairs on Victorian slate roof

I have a tall (3 storey) Victorian house with a steep pitched slate roof. It is not in overall bad condition but needs work done in various places (2 slipped tiles, fanlight lets in water, gutters (cast iron) need cleaning out, downpipe on gutter is leaking at joint).

Matters are complicated because house is in a Conservation area and is halls adjoining with a large glass conservatory which fills the return at the rear. So it will need scaffolding and some will have go in my neighbours garden. Also conservatory will have to be securely covered while work is in progress. Everyone I have had round to quote so far has been a cowboy (you need to get that cast iron guttering down love, put up some nice plastic) or said the job is too big.

Anyone want to recommend where I can find a goodexperienced insured roofer in the south west London area used to working on Victorian houses?
