Gmail's main advantage(s) is that it has a 2GB inbox capacity. It also folders email conversations automatically in an easy to view pane. It also allows you to label your emails with one or more label, you can then call up those labels and look for the email you want, or you can google search through your entire inbox to find the message you want.
