    It valued the house I have just sold (asking price £187k) at over a million pounds in an average market!! I put in the details correctly - no swimming pool etc.

    What a load of rubbish :-)

    I just tried this website out to find a house on the market priced at 300K. This website prices it at over a million - good deal then eh? How comes nobody's bought this house yet then? Sorry, this website is way, way , way out

    That site has just valued my flat at £185,000 please note I bought for £65K in 2004!! :rotfl: I'm not sure there are any but penthouses selling for that price in sunny Bradford. Anyone want to buy a flat? :confused:

  • BBC has a link, which we found quite accurate for where we live, how long has the house been on the market some places have been up for sale for so long that house prices are falling but the owners still think their house is worth the same as a year a go
