Disconnection of my business electricity

On the 31st july a warrant officer entered my business premises with a warrant from the court for disconnection of my power supply.
The date of the court hearing was the 22nd july, which i had no knowledge of or been contacted regarding the date and time of the hearing.
Surely this is in breach of the human rights legislation act concerning the actions taking by the companies involved as i was not notified of the hearing date and time.
Any advice from members is greatly appreaciated as this is now a matter of urgency.

It's not for the supplier to inform you of a court summons, allocation questionnaire, hearing, judgement, etc... it's for the court.

If you have failed to receive any of this correspondence from the court, speak to the local Royal Mail Office and ask why they appear to have repeatedly not delivered mail to your address. (Edit: it appears you know it's not a Royal Mail issue, but a landlord that has been keeping mail from you - see link below) Perhaps they will arrange for all future mail to be picked up by you from their office as your address clearly appears to be an unsafe one for mailing purposes.

Edit: As you've recently been declared bankrupt, you'll find a lot of people/companies refusing you credit now, and many such contracts now being considered cancelled ;)
