Hi
Hoping you can help, did a bit of a Google but still struggling.
I've made a template for an A4 flyer using a table - I want other staff to be able to
1) insert a photo in a particular place
2) Be able to insert wording in a few fields (e.g. date, venue of an event etc)
3) But not be able to change anything else
I know I can lock the form completely so that the text in the fields can be edited but the problem is this locks the photo/image cell as well.
Any easy way around this?
Thanks

Edit - worked out how to protect individual cells, what I would like to do now is protect the size of the table, i.e. so the user can put whatever text and images they want in, but they table size (as it's a template for a specific size of print) will be maintained.
Any ideas?

not sure, but can you do it in table > format table > cells ?0

Thanks King - tried that but doesn't seem to 'lock' it.
It's annoying because if I didn't need to have an image which the user can amend, I'd be OK as I could just use a form and lock it.0
