When Littlewood send out a replacement they indeed do add it to your account and then refund when the damaged item gets returned, i guess this is to prevent people keeping an item for free.

If the 2nd item is more expemsive then just return the damaged item with the 1st invoice which is cheaper HTH

I disagree. A lot of people get criticized on these boards but they don't chuck their toys out of the pram and theaten to leave or want threads deleted. :rolleyes:

There are naturally a lot more stroppy type people following the Vent boards and they tend to speak as they see.

Some OPs just don't do themselves any favours.

They don't get the answer they want so they kick off. They threaten to leave and then make themsleves look silly because they come back.

If people can't take a bit of ribbing (and let's face it the mods are jumping on anything else at the moment) then maybe they should ask their questions elsewhere.
