Hi,
I'm not sure if this is in the right place but i couldnt think where else it would be better.
Ive had the following email -
Dear Nikkidolphinangel,
Someone has tried to log into your account on MoneySavingExpert.com Forums with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.
The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address:
All the best,
MoneySavingExpert.com Forums
Is there anything i can do?
Do you know how i can change my password to make it stronger?
Thanks very much!

If you want a 'strong' password, the minimum you should be looking at is something that is at least 8 characters long (obviously the longer the better but then they do get harder to remember), a mix of upper and lower case, NOT A WORD, and also contains digits and 'special' characters, like . or ! etc.0

...and I just got the same email, quite possibly as a result of posting in this thread. So if any moderators would like to check the following IP to see if anyone has logged in from there before, they may find the culprit (DNS resolves to ronaldhost.net) :0 -
I wasnt sure if i was allowed to publish the IP address, but the one you have stated above is a different one that was in the email i was sent.
I've changed my password so hopefully it will be ok.I Love a bargain! :happyhearSealed Pot Challenge - Save as much spare change as i can!:D0 -
