Have you worked through the suggestions found by Googling for Excel column unhide? Worth a try!

2 things you can do.
1) Select the columns either side of the hidden one and then right click and select unhide.
2) Select the columns either side of the hidden one and then right click and select Column width. Set the value to say 8 and it should appear.Fortune's always hiding, I've looked everywhere......0 -
If it's the first column click the button in the top left corner that highlights the whole spreadsheet and then right click you get the option to unhide!0

I seem to remember that there's a "veryhidden" attribute in VBA that can't be restored through the normal user interface.
If you've been using the VBA programming language or have installed any add-ons to Excel, maybe that's the cause...?0
