Run Time Error 75?

Hi started getting the msg' Run time error 75 path file access error' when trying to use a program called 'sure delete' Can any one advise the best way to get rid of this msg or any free program recommended?

Appreciate any help

    A Good generic fix for this kind of problem is:

    Uninstall the offending program.

    <restart computer>

    Reinstall the offending program.

    and see if that fixes it for starters :)

    Hi appreciate quick reponse this forum is always quickest, but yes did try that but same thing occurred Is using something like 'registryeasy' program any good? don't seem to have any other problems & do regular maintenace of pc

    Hi now using Vista so perhaps this is why 'Sure Delete' now comes up with the msg? Because not compatible?

    Have you tried fiddling with the compatibility options in vista? is there a different version of 'sure delete' available specifically aimed at vista? if its freeware/no longer supported might be easier to look for some other piece of software with similar functionality?
