    You do have a good arguement - people should do searches before they duplicate posts, but they'd only written a few times before - perhaps some guidance for the future would have been more appropriate.

    Yes, us newbies need guidance sometimes. Be gentle! I can't get my head round how to find threads which might be of interest to me. I've tries the search facility and FAQs. I think this site could be clearer, I'm sure I'm missing out on loads of useful info.

    There's also the problem of the forum search feature being so unreliable (and yes I have read the tip about case).
