Auctiva problem help

I have used Auctiva for several years but I have just found that my listings are now is flawed. there is a great big empty gap between the end of the template and the listing buy buttons at the bottom of the page, very off putting to the viewers as they have to scroll down a long way . what am I doing to cause this, is there fault, has any one else the same problem???
