External Cabling

Hello all
Hopefully I've posted this in the correct forum.
I live in a ground floor flat and have a sky dish with cabling coming from the dish, drilled into a hole at the bottom of the property going into my flat.
There are kids that play outside my flat all day when I'm at work and they have pulled the cabling off the wall. I try to put it back but this is happening a few times a day. I put it back as best I can and they pull it off the wall again.
I don't know who is doing it so I can't ask them stop. I'm afraid of them breaking it and I will have to pay for a repair, only for it to be broken again.
Does anyone have any cheap, easy suggestions? Is there such a thing as an external cable cover that can be put over the cable so they can't pull on the cables anymore?
Thanks in advance!
L

Secure the cable with some 9mm clips every 300mm, then coat the cable with grease-YUK.
Post again if that fails, for plan B

If you do that make sure you put a sign up warning of anti vandal paint, otherwise you could find yourself paying for new clothes for the little gits!0

Haha!!! I like your style Frank! Trouble is the wee so and sos will probably think it's great fun, and smear it all over the walls and windows etc. I'm intrigued to know what plan B is....!0

You could try fixing some cable capping over it but they may try and rip that off too.

Plan B: Do you own a dog?.........:eek:0

Do you have neighbours who could at least tell you who was responsible?
You never know. It might not be the kids. Could it be a higher neighbour who doesn't like your dish/cabling?
Good luck

Thanks for all your suggestions guys! Frank - yes I do have a dog, but she's better behaved than most of the kids and wouldn't attack them or anything haha.
I will try Psychobabbles idea - this was just what I had in mind, just need to find someone to put it up for me now!! I rang a Sky Installer and they quoted me £65 plus VAT to reposition the wire just below the dish, which isn't an option at the minute as I am skinto, so hopefully the capping will do in the meantime.
Thanks again everyone!! :T0
